Logline: An 18-year-old dancer battles her way to the world of professional ballet.
This 20 minute film was nominated for best documentary short at Oscar Qualifying Austin Film Festival in 2017 and was the opening film of the short docs screenings. It went on to secure a short theatrical run via Gravitas Ventures and also secured distribution via Hewes Pictures through which it landed a spot on Amazon Prime.
The movie was sponsored by the Long Beach Ballet and Executive Produced by David Wilcox, owner of the ballet studio. Directed, Shot, and Produced by Martin Barshai.
